is the Managing Director of TBL. He is a specialist in using business excellence and performance improvement to sustain competitive advantage. Keith graduated in Metallurgy at London University. He is a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), is an experienced conference speaker, teacher, coach to Executives and Project Leaders and workshop leader.

is an Associate TBL Managing Consultant and has a number of independent roles in the Financial Services industry. She is a commercially astute business leader with extensive experience of directing and managing overall businesses including a networking company, a Direct Life and Pensions business, e-business and an IT department as a business. Margaret has a proven track record of instigating and leading change and effectively managing the transition process including transforming the sales forces of a Life & Pensions FTSE 100 company. Margaret is a results focused executive with highly developed strategic and operational skills gained largely in a range of UK Financial Services companies (Legal & General, The Woolwich, AON). She is a very experienced Business and IT professional and CIO. Margaret has extensive experience in public speaking, chairing of conferences, judging many IT awards and speaking to the City on behalf of Legal & General.

His areas of particular interest and expertise include business excellence, policy deployment, performance improvement, process improvement, problem solving and benchmarking. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance, a trained EFQM Assessor and he is an associate tutor at the University of Leicester.
Charles has extensive experience from his managerial positions in Xerox Corporation where he was responsible for Total Quality in the Rank Xerox Manufacturing and Supply Chain. His recent achievements include successful improvement projects with GEC/Marconi, Philips, Rolls Royce, Johnson & Johnson and Bath & North East Somerset Council.

He has been Managing Director of Computer Integration Services for 12 years, specializing in consultancy in computer infrastructure, Business Continuity, Sarbanes Oxley, security policies and IT processes. He has worked extensively in the finance arena with SG Warburg, UBS and Credit Suisse as well as local government and the power industry.

is a TBL Managing Consultant. Paul’s expertise is in the service delivery of change and transformation programmes. He has over 30 years IT experience and has held executive level positions in Lloyds TSB, Gartmore and Q-Labs as well as senior interim assignments at BSkyB, Carphone Warehouse and HBOS. He is passionate about quality and customer service and is a member of the programme team for the European Software Engineering Process Group conference. Paul has also been formally trained in the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and has delivered a number of independent health checks on critical projects using the model as a framework.

Robert has more than thirty years experience in the global financial markets. Between 1973 and 1996 he worked as a foreign exchange/money market trader and bond salesman for Barclays Bank and as a Director of European Bond Sales for National Westminster Bank Capital Markets. Prior to 1973 Robert was a Member of the Stock Exchange and worked in equity and bond trading and sales for stockbrokers in London and Toronto.
Robert was a member of the London Stock Exchange between 1968 and 1973, a member of the Association of Investment Dealers of Canada from 1969 to 1972, a member of the International Securities Association (ISMA) between 1984 and 1996 and registered with the SFA as a general institutional representative for stocks, bonds and financial futures from 1986 to 1996.
In 1996 Robert retired from bond dealing in the City and established his own business specialising in consultancy services for emerging financial markets. He has handled contract assignments for clients in the UK and Europe as well as sales and marketing consultancies and training courses on the Global Capital Markets. Robert's last assignment was Head of Business Development at Oxford Economics for five years, selling economic publications, modelling software, conferences and consultancy to investment banks, fund managers and multi national companies in the UK, Europe and Asia.
Robert has worked with TBL for two years and utilises his knowledge and long sales experience with investment banks, fund managers and multi national companies in the UK and Europe to introduce TBL's core technical team of Business and I.T. specialists to potential clients.
